Juno Tripod Automatic Electronic Hands Free Faucet

Juno Tripod Automatic Electronic Hands Free Faucet - Touch-Free Sensor Operation

The Juno Tripod is a hands-free automatic faucet that uses infrared sensor technology to turn water on and off without touching anything. It works for both residential bathrooms and commercial restrooms, and it's built from solid brass with a polished chrome finish. Whether you're replacing an old faucet or installing in a new space, this one fits in without any extra complications.

How the Sensor Works

The faucet uses an infrared smart-chip sensor that detects hand movement and responds in under half a second. The sensing distance is set to 25cm and adjusts automatically, so you don't have to fiddle with it after installation. The sensor is waterproof, and the solenoid has a water-resistant enclosure to protect the internal components over time. Water stops automatically after 60 seconds of continuous use, and there's also a factory-set 30-second auto shutoff that can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Power Options and Battery Life

This faucet runs on either AC power (110V) or DC battery power (6V using 4 AA alkaline batteries, sold separately), so you have flexibility depending on your setup. The circuit is designed to use as little power as possible, which means batteries last a long time before needing replacement. There's also a low-battery LED indicator that lets you know when it's time to swap them out before you're caught off guard.

Installation and Compatibility

Installing this faucet is no more involved than putting in a standard faucet, and full instructions are included in the box. It works in new installations as well as retrofit situations where you're swapping out an existing faucet. It fits standard water supply pipe size DN15 (G1/2") and handles a wide water pressure range, so it's compatible with most residential and commercial plumbing setups. The faucet is also ADA compliant, making it suitable for accessible restrooms.
