Q: I ordered the inverted U style and received the gooseneck. My order confirmed that I ordered correctly. When I tried to call there was no answer and I remained on hold for at least 20 minutes. Is there any way you can send the correct faucet out to replace the gooseneck? I am a contractor and do not want to inconvenience my customer so I’m looking to receive the new faucet, disconnect the gooseneck and then send it back. Hoping that can work for you. I guess we wouldn’t be having the conversation if it had been sent correctly. Thanks for your help - gm
